This is an image I took in Newport a few months back, its one of my favorites from the group. I ended up stopping in Newport on a whim, I was on my way to visit my family in LA and couldn't resist pulling off the freeway. Long story short, I ended up driving around for about 25 minutes (lost) and getting to the beach just in time to miss the sun go down. It was my intention to capture the sun go down in the generic fashion but ended up cranking up my ISO for the after glow. People didn't seem to mind being photographed around there, so It wasn't hard to shoot away. That was such an awesome day :)
